Since the completion of our first retained search assignment in 1979,
the small size of our organization and our overall business philosophy
allows us to establish and maintain a close working relationship with
our clients.
We still believe that the "Generalist Approach", if applied properly,
provides the most effective way of identifying and successfully
recruiting a fresh, new pool of qualified candidates for our client
companies. By intentionally limiting the number of clients in a single
industry, we have successfully been able to eliminate most of the
problems of "client blockage" so often experienced by search
specialists concentrating in only one market segment, however
defined.
