BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY
Our relationships with our clients must be based upon mutual
respect and our maintenance of strict confidentiality; this
includes our client’s personnel. If we are to gain "preferred
provider” status, our clients must feel confident that in sharing
sensitive aspects of their business with us, at no time will we divulge
client information that could, in any way, jeopardize our client's ability
to maintain a competitive edge over their industry peers. Therefore,
after engaging in a client partnership for a period of not less than four
(4) years after the conclusion of our last engagement, will we attempt
to identify or recruit a client's personnel for other positions
represented by us. If we are to expect our clients to view our
recruitment talents as a sound investment in their continued growth
versus purely an "expense item" of doing business, we have and will
continue to adhere to a strict compliance to all of the aforementioned.
