S.E. Weinstein International, a division of S.E. Weinstein Company,
conducts major executive search assignments almost
everywhere throughout the world. As the international economy
continues to become one single marketplace, we have developed a
unique process that bypasses the traditional approach of placing
expats in key international positions, in favor of recruiting Country
Nationals currently employed within their native regions.
Since 1992 our reach has extended throughout all of Western Europe,
Asia, Latin and South America, the French Province of Quebec, and
South Africa. Our search activities range from recruiting middle
managers through and including managing directors and country
presidents. The universal managers that we select for client
consideration not only possess strong organizational and bilingual
communication skills but also bring a total understanding of the local
culture and economy to our clients.
Since the founding of our parent company in 1979, the small size of
our organization and our overall business philosophy allows us to
establish and maintain a close working relationship with our clients.
By intentionally limiting the number of our clients in a single industry
we have successfully been able to eliminate most of the problems of
“client blockage” so often experienced by larger specialists within the
search community. To insure the success of an international search
assignment, we strive to develop a high degree of credibility with both
the client and the potential candidates contacted during this process.
We must always know more about the client than the candidate
will ask, in addition to knowing more about the candidate than
the client will ask. The executive recruiter may well be the first
contact a prospective candidate has with the corporate organization
he or she may contemplate joining.
